Job descriptionProvide comprehensive neonatal care in Level III NICUs Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists for complex cases Participate in teaching and continuous quality improvement initiatives Work varied 12-hour in-house shifts, approx. 15 per month, including weekends and on-call schedules 12-hour in-house shifts, approx. 15 per month (including nights, weekends, and on-call) Expertise in neonatal intensive care Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care Board Certified in Pediatrics Board Eligible or Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (fellowship completed prior to start) Nevada medical license (or willing to obtain) DEA and CSR / CDS certification (must be obtained prior to start) Clean malpractice and license history preferred Benefit from steady income streams and potentially higher rates, mitigating financial uncertainties and instability.
