Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Las Vegas, Nevada, 89147!

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated physician to provide Internal Medicine / Family Practice services to patients in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and supporting overall health through education and preventive measures. We have a robust, value-based healthcare model that focuses on our patients and our relationships.

This FT position would work at either of our Flamingo and Henderson Clinic locations.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • $206,556 - $309,834 DOE, $20,000 sign-on bonus plus full benefits package and annual incentive bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and provide medical care and treatment.
  • Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
  • Provide referrals based on patient needs and clinical findings.
  • Participate in quality improvement, management, and continuing education programs.
  • Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries.
  • Ensure all patient information remains confidential in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations.
  • Complete daily documentation in electronic medical records.
  • Cover night calls as needed.
  • Traditional hours M-F as full time

    • Requirements :

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Current, unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Nevada.
  • Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
  • Active DEA license.
  • For Health business unit positions, successful completion of a Tuberculosis test is required .
