Twin City Staffing is seeking an energetic and goal-driven sales / business development professional to join a growing team in Saint Paul, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch or advance their sales career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Location : Saint Paul, MN Pay : $25.00 $35.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM Benefits of the sales / business development position : Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Professional growth and training opportunities Employee wellness programs Duties of the sales / business development position : Generate and qualify new business leads through phone outreach and online research Educate potential clients on service offerings and identify opportunities that meet their needs Schedule meetings and product education sessions with sales representatives Manage and track all interactions and opportunities through CRM software Collaborate with field sales staff to support customer onboarding and retention Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving market conditions Goal Expectation : Make approximately 125 calls and schedule 5 educational meetings per week Requirements of the sales / business development position : Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience 0-2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is helpful but not required How to Apply : Apply today!
