Job Responsibilities :
- Enter payroll data for 250 employees
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
- Process New Hire Onboarding
- Respond to questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor
- Maintain payroll files and scan archived timesheets
- Maintain I9 files
Requirements :
Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Compliance :
- Background check and drug screen
- Credit check
