• This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.
• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.
• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.
• Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics.
• Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.
• Qualifications Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.
• Basic computer and payment processing skills.
• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented team player.

Schedule This role requires availability Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:

• 30am to 7:00pm at the Houston, TX 77044 clinic in Summerwood.
