Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to promote insurance products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and benefits administration to clients.
Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

Sales and sales management

People and product management supervisory roles

Organizational Leadership roles

Multitasking, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving

Active or past Military service

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

College degree preferred, but not required

Excellent communication skills

Current Missouri and Kansas Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses, OR ability to obtain within 45 days
