Job Description

Trilliant is hiringan Order Admin. This position will be reporting to the Manager of the Purchasing and Logistics Department.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain accounts receivable and payable in SAP.
  • Generates and sends an order acknowledgment to the customer.
  • Cross-check the accuracy of order acknowledgments against placed purchase orders.
  • Informs the customer of the promised delivery dates.
  • Completes workload on time Maintains written procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate with all internal groups to ensure proper communication and achieve high service levels Keep in close contact with internal and external customers and inform of any delays and problems.
  • Review the backlog daily for orders in a problem state and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Performs data validation to ensure data consistency for backlog and / or reservation reports Escalation of order management issues.
  • Generates order / backlog / dashboard reports Initiates the shipping process in enterprise systems.
  • Provides booking and shipping confirmation to customers.
  • Gathers collects, organizes, and sends electronic copies of documentation to the client.

Position Requirements :

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic group, independently.
  • Track and record orders received based on required sales order information.
  • Good knowledge of shipping conditions and processes.
  • Experience in handling purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Previous experience in SAP would be an advantage.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Education / Certification :

  • High school diploma with 5yrs of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study
