Required Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering and leadership experience, managing large engineering teams

Proven experience in building and launching new products in greenfield environments

Hands-on experience with AI tools and driving AI adoption in engineering teams

Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies and software supply chain security

Experience in structuring teams for autonomy and speed in early-stage product environments
