Position Summary
The Store Manager leads all aspects of store operations, including team development, customer service, product quality, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, opening / closing procedures
Maintain product quality and consistency according to company standards
Analyze sales and labor reports; drive store performance to meet goals
Foster a positive, motivating, and accountable work culture
Recruit, train, and retain team members
Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
1+ years of management experience (preferably in food & beverage or retail)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and basic financial reporting
Commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
