We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in managing schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure project success.
• Help prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to maintain project profitability.
• Review and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate material procurement and inventory management to meet project demands.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Support quality control efforts by monitoring work progress and conducting inspections.
• Participate in project meetings and provide reports on job status and challenges.
