Our client, a leading organization in financial management, is seeking an Accounting Clerk II to join their team. As an Accounting Clerk II, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What's the Job?

• Manage and process vendor invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding
• Enter data into accounting systems with high precision
• Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
