Qualifications

Three to five years Tractor Trailer driving experience. Ability to operate a truck per motor vehicle operations manual in MO and IL. Perform heavy manual labor to transport merchandise.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

• Transport goods and merchandise between various sites and locations as directed by upper management and transportation supervisor.
• Maintains vehicles maintenance records and operates vehicles in a courteous and safe manner.
• Reports any unsafe vehicle conditions to District Manager.
• Picks up donated materials from households, collection points, or retail / industrial donors and issues receipts when appropriate.
• Delivers retail shipments / donations to stores and assists in loading / unloading.
• Maintains delivery receipts in accordance with agency policy.
• Must observe all safety regulations set by the state, federal government, and the agency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
