We are seeking a strategic Manager, Talent Acquisition who will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding to deploy policies, processes, programs and initiatives to meet talent acquisition goals. The individual will manage a requisition load while supervising a team of recruiting and sourcing professionals and play a key role as collaborator in the achievement of metrics and programs helping to drive the innovation, implementation and optimization of best practices pertaining to talent acquisition. This role will collaborate closely with the broader People team, clinical operations, onboarding, credentialing, and other cross-functional teams in support of business priorities.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At ComplexCare Solutions, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
Base Compensation Range
$112,600 — $130,000 USD
