Schedule : 3x12s | Rotating Days / Evenings / Nights

Weekend & Holiday Requirements : Every other weekend; holidays, on-call, callback, and charge responsibilities as needed

Join a collaborative and dynamic care team in Rochester, NY as a Level II Med Surg Float RN . This travel opportunity offers the chance to work across multiple med-surg units, providing competent, evidence-based care while supporting critical operations as a float nurse.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality nursing care in a med-surg float pool

Assume expanded roles including charge nurse, preceptor, and committee participation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support clinical outcomes and service excellence

Requirements :

Active NY RN License (no exceptions)

Telemetry experience required

Minimum 2 years of RN experience

BLS (AHA only)

Flexibility to rotate shifts and float between units
