Senior Security Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Security Analyst to help mitigate client risks and contain cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze alerts and log data to identify and contain threats, collaborating with the client's security team

Conduct advanced threat hunting to detect attacker presence in client environments

Review and validate the work of other analysts, ensuring alignment with client security requirements

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in a SOC Analyst or SOC Advisory position

Certifications such as SEC+, CySA+, GSEC, GCIH, or GCFA are preferred

Advanced knowledge of IDS / IPS tools and experience with security technologies like Microsoft Defender or CrowdStrike

Experience with system or network administration, preferably Unix / Linux
