The Position : Audit Manager – Irvine, CA
We are currently seeking an Audit Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Irvine office. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff while contributing to the continued success of the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across diverse industries.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor audit staff and seniors, fostering professional growth.
- Review and finalize financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with partners and directors on engagement strategy, planning, and execution.
- Participate in business development efforts, networking, and client outreach.
- Drive efficiency and quality through process improvements and best practices.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).Active CPA license required (CA)5+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience.Demonstrated success in managing audits and supervising staff.Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, auditing standards, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What’s Offered
