Job description
A company is looking for a Clinical Peer Review RN Coordinator (Performance Improvement).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage peer review processes with precision and discretion
Serve as a trusted partner to medical staff, clinical teams, and quality leaders
Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of case reviews and documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing experience in relevant fields such as quality assurance / improvement and risk management
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
Master's Degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related healthcare field is preferred
Registered Nurse license by the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required upon start
