Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (B.S. required).

Active New York State Physical Therapy License (or eligibility).

Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment health clearance.
