Boulder Community Health is seeking a Manager of Business Applications Services who is a strategic and operational leader responsible for managing the implementation, support, and optimization of business applications at Boulder Community Health, in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. This role manages a department of high performing application analysts, and leads cross-functional teams and initiatives. The person in this position will work closely with all hospital departments, physicians, contracted vendors, and other hospital staff to support and maintain the business applications at BCH and supported Epic Connect sites. They will work closely with the other managers and directors in the Application Services, Technical Infrastructure, and Project Management Departments in the performance of their duties. This position supervises the Business Application Analysts and is an exempt position with on-call responsibilities. This is a hybrid position, in which much of the work is done remotely with periodic onsite requirements.
