We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) who are ready to work collaboratively within our diverse team of providers.

We are actively looking to fill positions in Anchorage, Kenai and Fairbanks AK.

Overview

This role provides high-quality care to patients with mental health disorders across the lifespan, which may include but is not limited to :

• Perform individual counseling, develop and monitor therapy programs, and help clients reach their behavioral health goals.
• Conduct initial psychiatric assessments and follow-up psychotherapy sessions as appropriate.
• Maintain records of treatment and services using industry-specific record-keeping software.
• Participate in regular case conferences.
• Work collaboratively with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Present yourself in a professional manner with others as a representative of ND System.

Qualifications / Educational Requirements

Compensation : Starting at $60,000 based on experience.
