Base is built on Optimisms open-source OP Stack. Were joining as the second Core Dev team working on the OP Stack to ensure its a public good available to everyone; and contributing a portion of sequencer revenue to funding public goods.

What youll be doing (ie. job duties) :

• Executing Infrastructure and Consumer partnerships / alliances across Base Chain, Base App, Base Pay, Base Build and Spindl.
• Developing GTM strategies that help enshrine Base as the preferred app, network and platform for creators, brands, enterprises, developers and users.
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Managing a pod of 2-3 teammates

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range :

$230,265 $270,900 USD
