As an Infusion Pharmacist at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, youll play a vital role in supporting patients undergoing chemotherapy and infusion therapy. Youll collaborate closely with physicians, verify oncology protocols, and ensure safe, accurate medication preparation and delivery. What Youll Bring

Required Qualifications :

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Texas Registered Pharmacist license
  • Must be sterile products IV Certified
  • 2+ years of hospital or infusion pharmacy experience
  • Strong communication skills with healthcare teams and patients
  • Proficiency in infusion dosage calculations and computer systems

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Prior experience at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
  • Expertise in aseptic techniques and chemotherapy protocols
  • Experience writing reports and maintaining infusion records
  • Proven people management and leadership skills
  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $43.22 to $77.21 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
