Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 5-8 years of experience managing capital projects in biopharma or pharmaceuticals. Proven ability to manage large-scale CAPEX projects with budgets of $5M+. Expertise in project management tools and strong knowledge of biopharma processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. PMP certification or familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Project Manager CAPEX Projects
Location : Houston, TX
Are you ready to lead impactful capital projects in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry? We seek a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee CAPEX initiatives for our Client that enhance the development, expansion, and optimization of cutting-edge manufacturing facilities. Pharma industry experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of CAPEX projects to meet business objectives.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets while managing resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (cGMP, FDA, EMA) and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary contact for project-related matters.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality work.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
