Accounts Receivable Representative

Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accounts, identifying overdue accounts, and ensuring accurate account adjustments in accordance with corporate credit and collections policies and procedures. Responsibilities include handling a portfolio of HVAC customers, obtaining credit reference requests, entering customer credit information, collaborating with the Credit Manager, conducting collection calls, updating tax exemption status, and monitoring department work for efficiency.

Essential Skills include accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase order, collection, credit & collections, and Excel proficiency. Additional Skills & Qualifications include a high school graduate or equivalent, two years of successful experience in credit / collection, superior mathematical / bookkeeping skills, effective communication skills, comprehension of necessary related documentation, experience with ERP systems, and experience with basic sorting and filtering within Microsoft Excel.

The role reports to the Credit & Collections Manager and requires onsite presence three days a week with flexibility for remote work two days a week. The position is a contract based out of Blue Bell, PA, with a pay range of $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
