What We're Looking For :

Experienced General Dentist :

• You should have a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• A valid Illinois dental license.
• A passion for holistic and integrative dentistry.

Holistic Approach to Dentistry :

• Strong knowledge and experience in preventive and restorative dental procedures, including the SMART approach.
• Ability to educate patients on the importance of holistic dental practices and empower them to take control of their oral health.
• Willingness to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Leadership Qualities :

• We value dentists that are confident, flexible, and compassionate.
• Commitment to excellence & providing exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations and consultations using a holistic approach.
• Perform a wide range of dental treatments with a focus on biocompatible materials and minimally invasive techniques.
• Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall well-being, including nutrition and lifestyle factors.
• Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to address the holistic needs of our patients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in holistic dentistry and incorporate them into our practice.
• Experience with Orthodontics, Sleep Apnea, Dietary Suggestions, Safe removal of amalgam fillings a plus!

Compensation :

• $145,000-$250,000 / year
