Job Description :
- Handle inquiries and issues via telephone, Live Chat, and email regarding Human Resources subject matters.
- View highly sensitive data for all employees, requiring broad discretion and judgment in client interactions.
- Utilize knowledge base system and HR information scripts as reference tools.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Resolve and follow up on inquiries related to billing, ordering, provisioning, or collection.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and coordinate problem resolution.
- Address issues including repair, maintenance, billing, and orders.
- Proactively identify and resolve service affecting issues, offering technical support for product service resolution.
- Recommend operational improvements.
- Support sales or non-sales positions.
- Work in a x environment.
