Patient Service Representative

Position : Entry-Level Phlebotomist / Greeter

Location : Sarasota, FL 34232

Type : Contract (High potential for full-time conversion)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 1st Shift with Rotational Saturdays (40 hours / week)

Pay Rate : $17.75 per hour (based on experience, expertise, and education)

Job Summary :

Pride Health is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an Entry-Level Phlebotomist / Greeter position in Sarasota, FL . This role is ideal for candidates passionate about healthcare who are eager to grow into a phlebotomy career through hands-on training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients during check-in at the lobby, kiosks, or handheld tablets.
• Support patients by answering questions and ensuring a smooth registration process.
• Cover for teammates during breaks to maintain consistent workflow and appointment availability.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training programs to transition into a Phlebotomist role within 6–12 months.
