A company is looking for a Call Center Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic and web-based assistance to clients regarding health benefit eligibility and application processes
Build relationships with Agents and other stakeholders while adhering to call center quality guidelines
Document inquiries and outcomes accurately, and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center, preferably in technical support
Experience in the healthcare industry or with federal / state benefit programs is a plus
Knowledge of Health Benefits Exchange (HBEX) and eligibility requirements preferred
Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is a plus
