Job descriptionMeet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and recommend solutions Conduct roof inspections (ladder and / or drone) and document findings Build rapport and guide clients through every step of the process Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution Own your performance and hit your goals independently Valid driver’s license + insured vehicle Comfortable with heights and outdoor work Authorized to work in the U.S. Coachable, dependable, and results-driven Uncapped Commission $85K-$170K+ OTE Monthly and annual performance bonuses Professional Development Assistance Full-Time Schedule : Monday–Friday, some weekends as needed Integrity Over Everything Earn What You Deserve Growth Through Action Supportive Team, No Limits Results, Not Excuses
