Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management regarding sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing business opportunities.
