Job Details

Job Details :

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed within the specified time frame and budget.
• Review technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor estimates effectively.
• Develop and maintain a close relationship with vendors, ensuring all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure adherence to all safety codes and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Supervise all onsite personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Implement and manage project schedules, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth progress.
• Manage and coordinate materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available when needed.
• Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the required standards.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction superintendent role or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety codes and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor estimates.
• Exceptional skills in managing and coordinating materials.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage onsite personnel effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge and experience in quality control procedures within the construction industry.
