2026 Summer Intern: Network Operations Analyst I

• You’re a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a degree in one of the following areas listed below from an accredited college or university:Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Finance, Information Science, Information Technology, Management and Organization, Management Science and Engineering
• This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice.
• Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026.
• In addition to the role-based projects you’ll work on, you’ll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor.

The Spectrum Internship Experience
You’ll join one of our departments for the summer, where you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it’s like to work at a leading connectivity company. You’ll have access to:

What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams — your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include

• Automation
• Hardware/Software Logistics
• Processing Capital Purchasing Requests
• Collaborating with project managers on assigned projects

Required qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 - May 2027
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred qualifications

• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Fundamental skills to effectively analyze data to identify issues, risks and opportunities for operational improvements in network operations
• Knowledge of ITIL terminology and concepts
• Knowledge of data models and database design
• Mining and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of SQL with demonstrated ability to create and execute view only queries

The base pay for this position generally is between $27.50 and $29.50. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
