Mortgage Closer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Closer to support multiple lending channels and ensure efficient, high-quality loan closing operations. This role plays a critical part in meeting business and customer service objectives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine data entry and validation of loan documents
• Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, credit checks, etc.)
• Scrub loan files to ensure accuracy of taxes, insurance, and fees
• Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses (no direct borrower interaction)
• Work with both refinance and purchase loans
• Target closing volume : 8-10 loans per day

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
