We’re Hiring : Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) for our 40 bed facility!

Are you a compassionate leader with proven experience in personal care? We are looking to hire a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) to oversee daily operations and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and support staff while fostering a positive, resident-first culture

Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements

Oversee resident care, safety, and overall satisfaction

Manage budgets, scheduling, and day-to-day facility operations

Build strong connections with residents, families, and staff

What We’re Looking For :

Active PCHA license (required)

Prior experience in a Personal Care Home setting (required)

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to create a professional and caring environment
