Compensation :

$144,800 at plan per year

Responsibilities :

  • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
  • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
  • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
  • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
  • Conduct neighborhood canvassing and engage homeowners in face-to-face discussions about the benefits of solar energy
  • Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our expert team for a complimentary solar quote
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment

Qualifications :

  • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience using a CRM is preferred
  • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
  • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
  • Possess reliable transportation for daily travel to local markets
  • Prior experience in door-to-door sales is preferred but not required
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
