Job descriptionPerform and manage wound care procedures : suturing, debridement, incision & drainage (I&D). Provide advanced wound management and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure optimal outcomes. Average 15–20 patient encounters daily. Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (State of Oregon). National certification and DEA license required. Minimum 1 year of NP experience with procedural skills. Experience in urgent care, wound care, dermatology, surgical, or procedural environments preferred. Competitive salary : $115,000–$155,000 annually + quarterly bonus potential. Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and retirement plan. Paid time off including holidays. Wound Care and HBO training provided.

Job Summary :
We have an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to lead an outpatient wound care program in the Eugene market.
Join a dedicated team providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with chronic and complex wounds.
Position Highlights :
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule.
- No nights, weekends, or on-call coverage.
- Outpatient, appointment-only clinic setting.
- Procedure-based practice – minimal administrative burden.
- Collaborative environment with full clinical support team.
