Responsibilities :
- 1. Be responsible for assisting the company in the selection of the new plant and proposing professional suggestions;
- 2. Responsible for the management of construction project, including coordinating and taking charge of project initiation, demand collection and analysis, planning and design, and applying for various construction application and review procedures;
- 3.Carry out design management, bidding management, equipment and material procurement management, investment control and completion acceptance;
- 3. Effectively manage and control the quality, progress, investment, safety and other aspects of the project;
- 4. Responsible for the management of the general contractor, subcontractor, design institute and other suppliers;
- 5. Responsible for the asset management handover after the completion of plant construction;
- 6. Responsible for team management and make project goal acheived;
Qualifications :
- 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering;
- 2.More than 10 years of electronic industry or industrial plant preparation management experience, especially lithium battery factory construction;
- experienced in the connection between civil construction and installation projects is preferred;
- 3.Strong communication and coordination ability, team management experience, good at team work; Able to communicate smoothly across departments and groups GLOBALLY;
- 4. Experience in management of contractors and design institutes;
- 5. On-site coordination, problem solving ability;
- 6. Professional English is must;
7. Proficient in operating software such as BIM software, CAD, CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, is preferred.
