Management Trainee

Position Summary

This position is designed to be an overall development position within the bank.  Will be put through a rotation in several different departments of the bank which could include Mortgage, Commercial, Operations, Genoa Financial, Collections, Credit, Accounting, and Retail / Branch Management.  Will be responsible for learning and understanding all position in which he / she is placed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Commercial :

• Makes and services commercial loans within assigned lending limits as determined by the loan policy.
• Participates in commercial lending decisions in accordance with loan policy and is an active member of the Loan Officer Committee.
• Performs other customer services as required to manage a commercial loan portfolio, including collection efforts.
• Calls on new customers to generate loan and deposit business.
