Job Description

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Implement and monitor process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards in food manufacturing.

Manage production scheduling and planning to meet operational goals and customer demands.

Develop and monitor budgets, focusing on cost control and resource allocation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major facility transitions and modernization efforts.

Promote safety management practices and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in food manufacturing leadership, with a focus on production management and process optimization.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety management practices.

Proven ability to develop and lead teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills in scheduling, planning, and cost control to meet operational goals effectively.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
