About the Role
LHH has partnered with a great firm who is seeking a Support Services Specialist & Records Coordinator to join their Spokane office. This is a full-time position requiring in-office presence five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update records using computer systems and logbooks.
Create and organize file records; manage offsite storage.
Provide reception desk coverage and greet clients professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces and support event setup / cleanup.
Ensure conference rooms are stocked and ready for meetings.
Perform kitchen duties including supply stocking and appliance cleaning.
Provide document services : copying, scanning, binding, and filing.
Handle messenger services and interoffice mail delivery.
Monitor and troubleshoot office equipment (fax, copiers, printers).
Respond promptly to support service requests.
Collaborate with Records team across Foster Garvey offices.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma required; 2+ years of office experience preferred (legal or professional services a plus).
Skills :
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Internet browsers; iManage Records Manager is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time constraints.
Reliable attendance and responsiveness.
