A company is looking for a Sales Manager / Director - IT Services & Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for target industries and accounts
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT services and digital transformation solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and lead RFP / RFI responses
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital solutions to enterprise clients
Strong understanding of technology domains such as AI, cloud, and cybersecurity
Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas
