Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Restoration Sales Representative to help expand our footprint and deepen our client relationships. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, building strong referral networks, and delivering a consultative sales experience that reflects Big Bears customer-first values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Build and maintain referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, realtors, plumbers, and commercial property owners.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, site walk-throughs, and community engagement.
- Represent Big Bear Restoration at networking events, trade shows, chambers of commerce meetings, and industry mixers.
- Track all outreach activities and client interactions within the CRM (JobNimbus, PSA, or HubSpot).
2. Sales Execution & Client Engagement
Meet with property owners and commercial decision-makers to understand needs and promote tailored service solutions.Partner with the estimating team to create accurate proposals and secure signed work authorizations.Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and alignment.Provide seamless coordination and hand-offs between the sales, estimating, and operations teams.3. Account Management & Territory Oversight
Nurture key referral accounts with consistent, value-added communication and exceptional service follow-through.Monitor a defined territory and actively manage a sales pipeline of prospects and active opportunities.Resolve client concerns swiftly and professionally, reinforcing Big Bears reputation for reliability.Analyze referral trends and performance data to continually refine sales strategy and territory planning.4. Marketing & Brand Representation
Support marketing efforts by distributing branded materials, delivering appreciation gifts, and promoting the Big Bear brand in the field.Partner with marketing staff on social campaigns, email outreach, and client events.Represent Big Bear Restoration at charitable initiatives, local expos, and industry conferences to strengthen community visibility.What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience in outside B2B sales, account management, or business development (restoration or construction industry experience preferred).Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to managing outreach and pipeline activity.Passion for helping people and a commitment to integrity and service excellence.
