RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Line of Business Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned to Product Roadmaps.
• Work closely with Ironton Operations team and act as a secondary layer of support preparing the site and the local teams for Growth and New Product Launches delivering a turn key solution for each new product launch
• Responsible for Regional Technical Capacity Analysis and Planning - Executing plans to enable site capacity for future growth aligned with Corporate initiatives
• Responsible for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated
• Develop Advanced Manufacturing Engineers with a steadfast commitment to mentoring and leading from the front, responsible for the team performance and growth.
• Provide tactical leadership to ensure the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team will :

Develop and implement manufacturing plans for new products

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

BSME / IE / Business Operations Management and 7+ years manufacturing experience

MSME / IE / MBA and 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience preferred

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
