Data Architect

E-logic is looking for a Data Architect to design the fundamental structure of FDOTs operational LRS data ecosystem. This role is responsible for the overall technical blueprint covering data storage processing networking security and technology selection to ensure a robust and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design solution architecture of geospatial data processing storage and networking.
• Document technology requirements and catalog of open-source tools to be used in the LRS ecosystem.
• Document system reliability and data protection through redundant architecture ensuring system resilience and disaster recovery.
• Define conceptual logical and physical data models for the geospatial and LRS data domains.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture patterns organizational data policies and open data principles.
• Audit existing geospatial data processing storage and networking to identify gaps and vulnerabilities in the current infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the GIS / LRS Solution Architect to integrate all components into a seamless operational system.
