Business Development Associate
Falcon Rappaport & Berkman (FRB), a rapidly growing law firm, is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the firm's daily business development and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in client intake, CRM management, email marketing, and other projects to help drive FRB's continued growth.

Position Details
- Status : Full-time
- Location : Remote / hybrid position, based out of one of our New York offices (New York City, Rockville Centre, or Mount Kisco). Some in-office presence is required.
- Reports to : Marketing Director
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and manage daily business development efforts :Conduct initial client / lead intakeGather relevant information from clients and leadsPrepare and send engagement lettersSchedule meetingsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and intake activities using the firm's CRMProvide clear, concise information about the firm's servicesFacilitate internal referrals to appropriate services and resourcesCommunicate effectively with internal teams and partnersAssist attorneys with online and in person events and other lead generation activitiesContribute to the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies and automationResearch and identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunitiesAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement, potential automation, and new opportunitiesAssist with creating presentations, proposals, and other outreach materialsQualifications :
Required : Strong written and verbal communications skills, organized and attention to detailRequired : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize technology effectivelyRequired : At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business developmentRequired : Ability to effectively communicate with clients, potential clients, partners, and internal teamsStrongly Preferred : Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMsStrongly Preferred : Experience with Email marketing, or other marketing automation toolsStrongly Preferred : Experience with AI toolsPreferred : Experience working in professional services industry or other regulated industry such as law, accounting, or financePreferred : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldSubmit the following materials when applying :
