Structural Project Engineer / Project Manager - Bridge Design

We are looking for a talented Structural Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our Structural Engineering team in Missouri. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Professional Engineer with experience as a project engineer and / or project manager working on DOT or local agency bridge design projects.

In this position, the candidate will

• Perform as a project engineer and / or project manager on a variety of DOT and local agency projects related to bridge design.
• Apply advanced, specialized knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of bridge design.
• Work on a major project or several major projects of moderate scope with complex features.
• Lead the preparation of complete design and construction documents for bridge projects.
• Plan and coordinate aspects of the engineering work.
• Provide bridge inspection services.
• Assist management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
• Assist with preparation of proposals and funding applications.
• As opportunities present themselves, this role may also be involved in other various responsibilities and projects.
