The Director Of Professional Services Will Be Responsible For Building And Scaling A New Department Within Optimal Blue Responsible For Client Implementations, Migrations, Integrations, And Tailored Solution Delivery. This Leader Will Define And Operationalize The Professional Services Strategy, Establish Repeatable Methodologies, And Build A High-Performing Team That Drives Client Outcomes, Profitable Growth, And Durable Adoption Across Optimal Blue's Product Lines.

The Ideal Candidate Brings Deep Experience In Saas Professional Services Delivery And Client Onboarding, A Passion For Operational Excellence, And The Ability To Connect Strategy With Execution. Success In This Role Will Be Measured By Faster Time-To-Value, Predictable Go-Lives, Strong Professional Services Economics, And Tighter Client Feedback Loops Into Product And Client Success.

Responsibilities :

• Lead And Oversee Delivery Of Custom Client Solutions, Including Integrations, Migrations, And Tailored Product Enhancements.
• Lead Intake And Delivery Of Custom Client Requests, Ensuring Clear Scoping, Resource Planning, And Alignment With Product Strategy.
• Partner With Product And Engineering To Triage Requests That Require Core Development.

Salary Range (Us Only) : The Estimated Base Salary Range For This Role In The United States Is $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 Per Year. For Compliance With Local Legislation, And To Provide Greater Transparency To Applicants, We Share Salary Ranges On All Job Postings Regardless Of The Desired Hiring Location Or Whether The Position Is Remote. The Posted Range Is An Estimate And Reflects Many Factors Which Are Subject To Change.
