The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Law Partner to help grow and lead its nationwide employment practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who values independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to build upon an existing client base within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements Qualifications
Licensed attorney in good standing with a U.S. state bar
Minimum of 8+ years of employment law experience (advisory and / or litigation)
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
Portable book of business of at least $450,000 (required)
Strong communication, business development, and leadership skills
