Our mission is simple : to provide comprehensive solutions for the legal needs of companies throughout California.

Responsibilities :

• Defending clients in a broad range of employment-related claims
• Investigating claims and defenses, analyzing liability and damages, and developing case handling strategies
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting letters, memos, motions, and pleadings
• Preparing discovery request / responses and taking / defending depositions
• Representing clients at court conferences, hearings, mediations, and trial / arbitration
• Regularly communicating with partners, associates, paralegals, clients, and opposing counsel
• 1850 billable hours
