Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.10+ years of sales leadership experience in a technology-driven B2B environment.Proven track record in sales to OEM’s / ODM’s with longer project cycles — ideally within industrial automation or embedded electronics.Demonstrated success in building or transforming sales organizations and fostering performance-driven cultures.Strong strategic thinking and change leadership capabilities.Customer-oriented mindset, hands‑on leadership style, and ability to inspire and unite people around a shared vision.Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration skills.Fluent in English; willingness to travel across the U.S. and occasionally to Europe.Strong roots in the Greater Chicago Area or willingness to relocate.Perspective
